Phases

PHASE 1 – HARRSION ASSESMENT PHASE 2 – ENGLISH AND MATHS TEST PHASE 3 – SIMULATOR AND PHYSICS TEST PHASE 4 – PERSONAL INTERVIEW

AirAsia Cadet program is one of the best option for you an aspiring pilot. After completing the course of AirAsia Cadet program you are certified as an Airbus A320 pilot.

To get selected in the AirAsia Cadet program, you have to go through a couple of entrance rounds.

PHASE 1 – HARRISON ASSESSMENT

This test is designed to check your personality. Regular mock tests are conducted to improve your knowledge so that you have a idea how to give a personality test.

PHASE 2 – ENGLISH AND MATHS TEST

Students are provided with notes on important formulas with examples which help the student’s recall all the important formulas and revise them. 15 Mock Tests are provided so that the student can check his performance on every level and can learn to finish the test on time.

PHASE 3 – SIMULATOR AND PHYSICS TEST

  1. PSYCHOMOTOR Test – Multi tasking Simulator
  2. Spatial Orientation Simulator

Capt. Ahluwalia Aviation Academy give hands on training on these 2 Simulators to make the student familiar with the controls and in the process he improves his score step by step.

PHASE 4 – PERSONAL INTERVIEW

This is the final phase of the assessment and Aviation related technical questions are asked in this interview so student should be well prepared in that. Capt. Ahluwalia Aviation Academy provide training for technical topics followed by HR mock interviews to make the student familiar with the questions and to improve his confidence in giving the Interview.
