CASS stands for Crew Assessment and Selection. It is a kind of pilot aptitude test taken to next level. Pilot aptitude tests are not difficult if you are fond of aviation and have played simulation games like FSX or X-plane and play them rigorously. What makes CASS unique is that it tests your multitasking. You will have to fly a plane on a system made specially for CASS and simultaneously you have to solve puzzles and some other tasks are to be completed parallel.
CASS test is taken as a selection criteria for starting your pilot training in some Cadet Pilot Program’s.
